Hello beautiful people! I am back with a piggy back on Top 5 Fashion Trends, this time I’ll be laying out the hottest colour trends for 2024 spring/summer.

Colour trends tend to move more slowly, and come back around more frequently. If you’re looking to stay on trend, colours have a longer lifespan than single item pieces.

So what colour trends does 2024 have going on? With some digging and research these are the colours I’ve seen circulating lately.

1. Butter Yellow

This light almost yellow has been tracked as “quiet luxury”, being used with classic, minimalist pieces. Its subtle colour has become a new neutral in the fashion world, taking the places of beige and cream. It’s adaptability has made it popular on the runways.

2. Orange

From orange peel to peach fuzz, orange has proved itself to be a returning runway colour. What a vibe for the warmer months, it’s not difficult to find where the inspiration for this theme came from.

3. Cherry Red

Forget pink, make way for it’s edgy cousin red. It speaks for itself, giving a more grown up, classy look. Staking it’s claim that it is not solely for the holidays, expect this hot colour to be seen even more in the coming months.

4. Pale Blue

The whole of blue is a go-to colour, but specifically this pale blue has had heads turning. Styled in numerous ways, including its easiness to go with bold colours making it the most fashionable colour of the year. This is one of the rare colours that suits every skintone and hair colour, making it very appealing.

5. Pistachio Green

While last year green was hot, this year the fashion world continues to explore the colour with a more subtle interpretation. Sage, avocado, pistachio, what you call it is up to you, but this colour is taking storm making it a beautiful, earth-toned colour option.
