This Mini Egg Parfait is an easy, and delicious treat to make for Easter! The lightness of the whipped cream mixed with the sweet brownie and chocolate eggs is sure to be a hit with everyone!
This recipe would be a perfect dessert to bring along to an Easter party or Easter dinner. Its quick and easy to throw together and easy adaptable!
First you need to prepare your ingredients. I used store brought brownies and broke them into smaller pieces, smashed up my mini eggs (leaving out a handful for topping) and then I made the whipped cream. Add your cream and sugar into a bowl and mix on high until peaks form. Add in your cocoa powder and mix until well blended. I used a can of whipped cream to top but if you would rather use home made whipped cream then make sure you separate your whipped cream before adding the cocoa.
Layer your chocolate whipped cream, brownie pieces and mini eggs into your container until its near the top. Top parfaits with whipped cream and whole mini eggs.
Mini Egg Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 bag Mini eggs
- 500 ml Whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Container Two Bite brownies or make your own!
- 1 can Whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare brownies, or separate store bought brownies into small pieces
- Smash mini eggs into smaller pieces, leaving out a handful to top with afterwards
- Combine whipping cream and sugar into a large bowl and whip the cream on high until it peaks. Add the cocoa powder to the whipped cream and fold until its well blended
- Layer your jar (or cup) with the chocolate whipped cream, brownie chunks, and mini egg pieces. Repeat the process as large as your container is. Top with whipped cream and whole mini eggs.
