Prepare brownies, or separate store bought brownies into small pieces
Smash mini eggs into smaller pieces, leaving out a handful to top with afterwards
Combine whipping cream and sugar into a large bowl and whip the cream on high until it peaks. Add the cocoa powder to the whipped cream and fold until its well blended
Layer your jar (or cup) with the chocolate whipped cream, brownie chunks, and mini egg pieces. Repeat the process as large as your container is. Top with whipped cream and whole mini eggs.
